Over the last six months we have been working very hard to improve the way we interact and communicate with the Parish and aim to use all forms of media to keep you informed on what’s going on…

We now have a great new website, designed to be easy to use and informative, with all you need to know about the Parish, the Parish Council, the day to day activities we undertake and the projects we aim to implement as part of the Neighbourhood Plan.

We would encourage anyone who wants to be in contact to use the sign up button on in the website’s sidebar to subscribe for updates, which means you’ll get news straight to your email as it’s published.

We have also updated our social media and you can now find us on Twitter @LimpsfieldPC, Instagram and Facebook @limpsfieldparishcouncil.

Please keep an eye on our feeds for Parish Council updates and useful information and feel free to like, share and comment!

And finally, we can now reveal our brilliant new logo – created by the very talented Steve Smith of Smith Design.

Steve is actually from Leicester, but saw our call-out on Twitter and as he does a lot of work for clients in Surrey and knows Limpsfield well, he couldn’t resist putting in a submission, which we think is spot on!

“We saw your logo competition on Twitter and knew a lovely village with its rich heritage like Limpsfield could really gain advantage from having a good strong identity,” said Steve.

“We loved the strong look of the Neighbourhood Plan, and felt our graphic style would suit the new logo and further research on the village and its history was fascinating, so we are delighted our logo has been chosen!”

Aside from on our website and social media, you’ll see this new logo popping up on all communications and on the new signposts, gates and stiles we’ll be installing over the coming months in our bid to sort out our footpaths!

Smith Design creates promotional merchandise for presenters on Talksport & Talkradio, as well as producing the social media for both channels and for Jeremy Vine’s show on Channel 5! Find Steve on Linkedin and Twitter: @Smith_Design.
