Could we ask you to please keep your hedges trimmed if they are encroaching on the pavement or footpath beyond your boundary. Ideally this should be done in the next couple of weeks before birds start nesting. 🪺Please be mindful of the safety of pedestrians who might catch their face or clothes, or have to walk on the road. This is particularly difficult for wheelchair users or partially sighted people.Thank you 🙏🏼 ..#limpsfield #surrey #hedges

More great footpaths upgrades this week… by many requests we’ve now replaced the rickety stile on FP71 between Grub Street and the A25 with a new kissing gate, and trimmed back overhanging branches to make it much easier for walkers. Thanks again to Andrew Wright at Conservation & Access for the top quality work.Enjoy the weekend.#limpsfield #walking

We are very lucky to have some lovely cycle routes around Limpsfield, some of which are on bridleways. Please be aware that while cyclists have the right to use bridleways, they must always give way to horse riders. On bridleways or any other road or track, cyclists must slow right down and politely let the riders know they are approaching. Horses often take fright from bicycles’ silent approach, so be very careful in order to avoid accidents. 🐎 🚲 ..#limpsfield #surrey #cycling #horseriding
