Thanks very much to everyone who attended our Annual Parish Meeting at St Andrew’s Village Hall on Limpsfield Chart last night. It’s great to see such enthusiasm from our parishioners for all things Limpsfield!

We would like to thank all our councillors for their hard work, all our volunteers and co-optees for their ongoing help and support, Rev. Paul Perkin for the blessing of the meeting.

Jeremy Saunders, our National Trust Ranger delivered a fascinating and informative presentation of the great things he and his team are doing on Limpsfield Common and Limpsfield Chart.

We are very grateful for their dedication to preserving this beautiful area of outstanding natural beauty.

Parish Council Chairman, John Thompson gave a special thanks to Cllrs Philip Bailey and Laila Turner who will not be re-standing for election on 4th May, but who have devoted many years of service to the Parish Council.

We have put the Annual Report and the presentations on our Annual Parish Meeting page – HERE – for you to download if you wish.

Copies of the Annual Report are in the Oxted Library’s Local History room where you can find some other useful info and copies of our newsletters, and also in Memorial Stores.

Please don’t hesitate to get in contact for more information. clerk@limpsfield.org.

A final thanks from the Clerk to our Chart Fair Committee members, John Davy and Diana Davy for their help clearing up after the meeting! It was hugely appreciated.

Please don’t forget it’s the Parish AND District elections on 4th May. Voting is at St Andrew’s Village Hall (for Limpsfield South) and St Peter’s Church Hall (for Limpsfield North). You MUST have photo ID this year to vote.
