Dear Residents,

We are very pleased with the 130 or so responses to our Wheelie Bin/Inside Suggestion boxes/Survey Monkey about the Neighbourhood Plan. These surveys are now all closed. This has given us a wealth of information and ideas.

We are now holding conversations with some of the key stakeholders, the voluntary sector, businesses, Oxted Parish Council, land owners, Tandridge District Council, Surrey County Council, Surrey Public Health, the Environment Agency and the Water Companies, the National Trust, the churches in the parish and the Oxted and Limpsfield Residents Group. And if we have missed anyone please let us know !

We now feel that we can formulate a very informed household survey in the new year which will go to all Limpsfield residents to shape your Neighbourhood Plan, to help make Limpsfield a great place to live in the future.

Kind Regards

Councillor Philip Bailey – Chair of the Limpsfield Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group
